Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS)

The Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS) is a confidential and free service to guide you through the different services available at Leeds and York Partnership NHS Foundation Trust.

We can help you find ways to resolve any concerns you may have about services being provided by Leeds and York Partnership NHS Foundation Trust.

Who can use PALS?

PALS can be used by anyone who wants more information about services and support groups provided by this Trust. If PALS is unable to help you we will assist you to find out who can.

Is the service confidential?

Yes, unless we believe you or someone else may be at significant risk. We will only take steps to help you with your concerns with your consent. We keep confidential records, for our monitoring

Contact Information

The PALS office, based at the Becklin Centre, will now be operating new opening hours. The new opening hours are; Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 12:00 midday, 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm. Please note that the office is closed Bank Holidays and at the weekend. A 24 hour answerphone system operates at busy times and out of hours. All messages will be responded to within 24 hours or by the next working day.
