Formerly known as Leeds Partnerships NHS Foundation Trust. From 1st February 2012 we became Leeds and York Partnership NHS Foundation Trust. We now deliver mental health, learning disability and substance abuse services in York, Selby, Tadcaster, Easingwold and also other specialist mental health services across North Yorkshire.
As an NHS Foundation Trust we have freedom from central government which allows us to shape the future of our services locally to meet the needs of service users and the local community. You can have real input into shaping the future of your local NHS services by becoming a member.
Anyone over the age of 16 can become a member of our NHS Foundation Trust. Membership is completely FREE and it can take up as much or as little time as you have to give!
